Golden Pumpkin Multigrain Rice

Ingredients :

2 tbsp Green Love Rice Bran Oil

1 tbsp chopped garlic

3 tbsp dried prawns, soaked

200g pumpkin, cubed

200g Green Love Multigrain Rice, washed

500ml chicken stock

1/2 tsp salt

Dash of pepper

 

Method :

1. Heat up Green Love Rice Bran Oil, sauté chopped garlic until fragrant. Add in dried prawns and stir-fry until aromatic.

2. Add in pumpkin, Green Love Multigrain Rice and mix well. Transfer the mixture into a rice cooker.

3. Add in chicken stock, salt, pepper and cook until done. Serve hot.

Mixed Multigrain Rice Ala Nyonya

Mixed Multigrain Rice Ala Nyonya

Ingredients A:

200g Green Love Multigrain Rice, soaked for 30 minutes and drained

600ml chicken stock

11/4 tsp salt

 

Ingredients B:

2 tbsp Green Love Rice Bran Oil

200g minced chicken meat

1 tbsp fish sauce

1 tsp sugar

 

Ingredients C:

1 onion, peeled and shredded

2 four angled beans, finely shredded

1/2 stalk bunga kantan, shredded finely

1 tsp shredded kafir lime leaf

1 red chilli, shredded

 

Method :

1. Cook Green Love Multigrain Rice with chicken stock, salt until done. Remove, leave to cool and fluff up the rice.

2. Heat up oil, stir-fry minced chicken meat until fragrant, add in fish sauce and sugar and stir well, dish up.

3. Add in all the remaining ingredients and mix well.

4. Serve with belacan sambal if desired.

Tasty Multigrain Porridge

Ingredients :

150g Green Love Multigrain Rice, soaked for 30 minutes and drained

2 dried scallops, soaked and shredded

1 piece dried bean curd skin, soaked and chopped

100g ginko nuts, removed shell, and skin

1500ml chicken stock

Salt to taste

 

2 eggs

Some chopped spring onion

 

Method :

1. Put all ingredients into a stock pot and bring to boil. Lower the heat and cook for 30 minutes until soft. Add salt and taste.

2. Break in eggs just before serving.

Nutritous Multi Bean & Corn Soup

Nutritous Multi Bean & Corn Soup

Ingredients :

1 chicken whole leg

125g (1/2 packet) Green Love Multi Bean Soup Mix, soaked for 30 minutes

1 fresh sweet corn, cut into chunks

1 carrot, cut into chunks

8 red dates, seeded

2000ml water

Salt to taste

 

Method :

Put all ingredients into a stock pot, add in water and bring to boil. Lower the heat and cook until the beans are soft. Add salt and taste. Serve hot.

 

Sweet Multi Soup

Sweet Multi Soup With Quail Eggs

Ingredients :

125g Green Love Multi Bean Soup Mix, soaked for 30 minutes

2000ml water

2 pieces dried bean curd skin, soaked and chopped

15 quail eggs, boiled and removed shell

150g rock sugar

3 pieces pandan leaf, knotted

 

Method :

1. Bring Green Love Muti Bean Soup Mix, water and dried bean curd skin to boil. Lower the heat cook until the beans are soft.

2. Add in the remaining ingredients and cook for another 10 minutes.

Delicious Steamed Multi Bean Cake

Steamed Multi Bean Cake

Batter :

300g rice flour

75g tapioca flour

1120ml water

1 tbsp chicken stock granules

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp alkaline water

 

Ingredients :

4 tbsp oil

1 tbso chopped garlic

4 tbsp dried prawns, soaked and chopped

5 pcs black mushrooms, soaked and diced

150g minced chicken meat

1/2 tsp five spice powder

250g Green Love Multi Bean Soup Mix, boiled until soft and dry

 

Method :

1. Batter: Mix rice flour, tapioca flour with water. Strain, add chicken stock granules, salt, pepper and alkaline water.

2. Heat up 4 tbsp oil, sauté chopped garlic until fragrant, add dried prawns and continue to fry until fragrant. Add mushrooms, minced chicken meat and five spice powder. Lastly, mix in the beans.

3. Reduce heat, pour in batter and continue to stir until the mixture has thickened. Pour into a greased 25cm(10ˇ¨) steaming tray and steam for 45minutes- 1 hour until cooked. Cool and cut into pieces.

4. Garnish with fried shallots, diced spring onion and chopped red chilli, serve with chilli sauce.

Aromatic Multigrain Rice In Lotus Leaf

Ingredients :

2 tbsp Green Love Rice Bran Oil

1 tbsp chopped garlic

3 tbsp dried prawns, soaked and diced

5 black mushrooms, soaked and diced

150g Green Love Multigrain Rice, soaked for 30 minutes

100g Green Love Multi Bean Soup Mix, soaked for 30 minutes

200g chicken breast meat, cubed

400ml water

2 pieces dried lotus leaf, soaked

 

Seasoning :

1 tbsp light soya sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1/2 tsp salt

Dash pepper and sesame oil

 

Method :

1. Heat up Green Love Rice Bran Oil, sauté chopped garlic and dried prawns until fragrant. Add in black mushrooms and stir-fry until aromatic.

2. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer the multigrain rice mixture into a rice cooker. Add in water, seasoning and cook until done.

3.  Place cooked multigrain rice mixture onto lotus leaf and wrap well. Steam at high heat for 10 minutes. Remove and serve hot.
